Near Vanilla SMP

NearVanilla is a community-first Minecraft survival server for mature players aged 18 and over. Our close-knit international community has been playing together for years, creating a friendly environment for building, collecting, exploring, and enjoying long-term survival at your own pace. Near stays close to the original Minecraft experience while adding carefully chosen tools for protection, stability, and everyday convenience.

Our current Season 7 world began on August 24, 2024, and runs on Hard difficulty. Play independently, team up on ambitious projects, or contribute to our shared shopping district and cooperative builds. Player feedback helps shape larger changes, while community competitions and events give everyone more ways to get involved. Dynmap provides a live view of the world, making it easier to explore terrain, find player-built areas, and plan your next project.

NearVanilla protects the shared experience with strict rules against hacking, glitching, duping, griefing, stealing, bullying, discrimination, prejudice, and toxic behavior. CoreProtect supports staff investigations and rollbacks, while Deathlog records inventories after deaths to help with recovery. One Player Sleep, community-requested crafting recipes, Discord chat integration, and other restrained quality-of-life additions make survival smoother without overwhelming the vanilla feel. If you want a respectful, collaborative world where the community helps shape the server, NearVanilla is built for you.
