Faction Raids
Faction raids are factions servers where the real progress comes from cracking other groups open. You build a base meant to take a hit, stockpile gear and raiding supplies, and scout claims for weak points. The payoff is not a fair duel in the field. It is the breach, the scramble to patch, and a coordinated team turning pressure into loot.
Raiding is an economy problem as much as a PvP one: TNT and cannons, withers or creeper eggs on some servers, obsidian and water layers, pearls, gapples, traps, and spawner value. Strong factions are the ones that can fund attempts, replace kits, and keep momentum. The best servers make defenses meaningful without letting them become permanent walls, so fights actually happen at the base.
The rhythm is prep, intel, then violence. Quiet hours are farming, grinding, and layering. When a raid starts it becomes a race: alts watching, counter-cannons firing, allies called in, and minutes to reach storage before defenders seal, move value, or force a reset. Win or lose, every raid changes how you build, who you trust, and how much risk you can afford.
What counts as a raid in faction raids?
A raid is a deliberate breach of a claimed base where you bypass defenses and take value: chests, spawners, vault access, or a forced unclaim. If you only trade kills outside and walk away, most communities call that a fight, not a raid.
Do faction raids servers allow offline raiding?
Often, yes, and it changes the whole meta. Offline raiding rewards scouting, hidden builds, and hitting time zones. Servers that reduce it usually use raid windows, shields, TNT cooldowns, or stronger alerts so defense is something you can actually show up for.
How do new factions avoid getting wiped early?
Stay small, cheap, and quiet. Build a compact vault with minimal angles to hit, spread valuables across multiple spots, and convert loot into economy fast instead of hoarding. Early survival is usually about not being found, not being unbeatable.
Is faction raids mostly PvP skill or base design?
Coordination beats either. You need builders who understand layering and quick patching, someone who can run a cannon under pressure, and fighters who can hold choke points and protect the breach long enough to extract.
What should I check before picking a faction raids server?
How raiding tools and claims are handled. Look at what’s enabled (cannons, gen buckets, withers, creeper eggs), how TNT and sand work, whether spawners have real value, and if claim rules prevent cheap exploits. A single broken mechanic or weak anti-cheat can decide every raid.
