Lifesteal survival is survival where max health is a resource you can win or lose. Kill a player and you steal one of their hearts. Get killed and you lose one. That makes PvP permanent progression, not just a gear check.

The core loop is calculated conflict. You build up in normal survival, then look for fights you can finish cleanly. A bad death is more than dropped items; it shrinks your future margin for mistakes. High-heart players become walking raid bosses, while low-heart players play tight: hidden bases, cautious routes, traps, and allies.

The social game stays tense. Hearts create targets and leverage, so you see protection pacts, revenge cycles, bounties, and coordinated raids to cut down a stacked rival. Even during peaceful building stretches, people treat farms, portals, and travel lines like hunting grounds.

Most servers include a recovery path, usually a craftable heart or trade system. That keeps the world from locking into one early winner, but it does not remove the pressure. Every player kill still changes the map’s power balance.
