Minecraft Server Information
TownCraft is a community-driven survival server where you can build a home, grow a town, trade with other players, and develop your skills with McMMO. We first ran from 2011 to 2015, returned in 2022, and have rebuilt our world and systems for players to make their own.
Our towns work differently from servers built around the Towny plugin. Using GriefDefender and its RealEstate add-on, we support customizable towns with protected plots that can be sold, leased, or rented. Any player can become a mayor and create a town claim and plots. Settle in a town for protection from PvP and raiding, find local player-run shops, and build a community with your neighbors.
Prefer a riskier life beyond town borders? You can build in the wild, but other players may raid or kill you there. TownCraft’s item-based currency and player-run shops give you ways to trade and take part in our economy as you explore, build, and find your place.
We welcome players of all ages. Cheating, exploits, profanity, and disrespectful or hateful behavior are not allowed.
