We’re running a truly vanilla Minecraft SMP for players who want the classic experience without hacked clients deciding every encounter.
The goal is simple: vanilla survival with no claiming, no build protection, and no planned resets. Griefing and PvP are allowed, with an anarchy-leaning feel and almost no rules.
Cheating of any kind isn’t allowed, including any duping. We also won’t tolerate vulgar chat targeting any race or group, including in-game builds.
This server is also a real-world performance test running on our own hardware (a Raspberry Pi 5). We’re looking for players who want to explore, build, and help us see what it can handle—especially during chunk generation and normal day-to-day play around established areas.
We do nightly cloud backups, we have a small-ish world border, and we’re not running pay-to-win systems, shops, or ranks. If you’re after vanilla gameplay and you’re fine being part of an early test, you’re welcome to join and help shape how this server runs going forward.

Copy the server address below, open Minecraft, then add it in your server list.
- Open Minecraft.
- Go to the servers or multiplayer screen.
- Add a server or use an option like Direct Connection or Add External Server.
- Paste this server address into the address field: play.puremc.xyz
- Save or confirm, then join the server.
