Aegea is a semi-vanilla Spigot SMP focused on a close-knit community, building over time, and simple quality-of-life features. We’ve been around since 2020 and recently started a new map.
We run a light plugin setup with helpful commands like /help to see what’s available, /back to return to your death location, and /sethome for homes. Players use /tpa and /tpahere for player-to-player requests, and /rtp to head out into the wild.
Our economy is simple and player-driven. You can earn money with /sell and /sell hand, and set up trade signs to sell items at your own prices. You can also lock chests and doors with /lock, and staff can roll back grief using CoreProtect.
Progression is tied to playtime ranks. Start as Nomad and promote through Peasant, Artisan, Knight, and Noble, unlocking more commands and more /sethomes along the way. Each month we hold an election for Premier, a one-month top player rank.
Players can form teams with a shared name, home, and warps. We enforce no griefing and no stealing, and PvP is only allowed with consent.

How to join
Copy the server address below, open Minecraft, then add it in your server list.
- Open Minecraft.
- Go to the servers or multiplayer screen.
- Add a server or use an option like Direct Connection or Add External Server.
- Paste this server address into the address field: aegea.mcserver.us
- Save or confirm, then join the server.
