Normal Survival is a relaxed, family-friendly survival SMP for players who want a long-term place to build, explore, farm, and play with friends. PvP isn’t the focus here, and you can choose to toggle it on or off.
We run a true long-term survival world with no resets planned, so you can build knowing your work is meant to last. The community is kept chill and respectful, with active moderation.
We’re a vanilla+ style server with quality-of-life features that keep survival smooth without losing the core Minecraft feel. Expect Vein Miner, Tree Capitator, lots of custom recipes, and useful commands like multiple homes, /tpa, and /tpahere.
Protection and fairness matter here. Land claiming helps prevent griefing and stealing, we keep things non pay-to-win, and we support a player-driven economy with player-run shops, a dedicated shop world, and tools like /shops.
For extra convenience, you can toggle keep inventory, use a live map, and enjoy extra QoL like interactive chat and player head drops. We’ve also added a custom Dark World dimension with permanent darkness and storms, stronger mobs, boosted ores and loot, custom structures, and increased XP and drops for players who want higher risk exploration.

How to join
Copy the server address below, open Minecraft, then add it in your server list.
- Open Minecraft.
- Go to the servers or multiplayer screen.
- Add a server or use an option like Direct Connection or Add External Server.
- Paste this server address into the address field: play.normalsurvival.com
- Save or confirm, then join the server.
