RaidFarms is a survival SMP with a true anarchy approach and an economy twist, built to make multiplayer actually feel like multiplayer. PvP, griefing, raiding, and building all matter, and the server continues to evolve as we iterate on what’s fun and what works.

What sets RaidFarms apart is our wheat-based economy. Instead of dollars, wheat is the official currency, and trading revolves around farming, transporting, and protecting it. At spawn you’ll find systems built around that economy, including player shops, in-game ranks, and a banker where you can deposit wheat.

To keep wheat valuable, farming has special restrictions. Wheat only grows under sunlight and is meant to keep players building and competing on the surface instead of disappearing underground.

We also added Nexus Towns as a way to build at the surface with structure. Towns are pre-defined 100×100 areas claimed for wheat, each with a nexus. If a town’s nexus gets broken too many times, other players can raid or claim the town, and it can be repaired with wheat.

With a 10k x 10k world border to keep players closer together, RaidFarms is built around the choice to cooperate or compete. Also, there are no rules, and clients like Meteor are allowed and encouraged.
