SteadfastSMP is a newer survival server we started after playing Minecraft with our kids and realizing how hard it can be to manage things like teleport requests during real gameplay.
We built our own plugin, FamilyLink, to make playing together smoother for parents and children. Parents can invite a child with a simple command, then bring them to their location without the usual request and acceptance steps. There’s also an option to have kids respawn near their parent after they die.
We’ve been running for about a month now and have already hosted community events, including a group dragon fight. We’re aiming for a straightforward experience with no resets and a community that enjoys building and playing together.
Our goal is to make it easier for families to play together without needing operator permissions. We’re actively looking for feedback on both the server and FamilyLink as we continue polishing it.

How to join
Copy the server address below, open Minecraft, then add it in your server list.
- Open Minecraft.
- Go to the servers or multiplayer screen.
- Add a server or use an option like Direct Connection or Add External Server.
- Paste this server address into the address field: steadfastsmp.com
- Save or confirm, then join the server.
