core protect

A CoreProtect server is a survival world with receipts. When blocks get broken, chests get looted, or an area gets trashed, it is not a mystery. CoreProtect logs the common interactions that cause real damage in multiplayer, giving staff a clear timeline of what happened and a way to restore it.

That paper trail changes the feel of the server. People take bigger build risks and settle closer to others because one bad actor does not mean permanent loss. When something goes wrong, staff can investigate, pinpoint who did it, and roll back only the affected area to a specific moment instead of wiping chunks or shrugging and moving on.

It also covers the everyday mess, not just grief. Creeper holes, lava spills, a TNT misclick, a farm torn up during a remodel. On a well-run server, CoreProtect stays invisible until the day you need it, then it turns a disaster into a quick fix.

Does CoreProtect stop people from breaking blocks or stealing?

No. It is accountability and recovery, not prevention. Players can usually still do damage unless the server also runs claim or protection tools, but CoreProtect makes it easy to prove what happened and undo it.

What does CoreProtect usually record?

Most servers log block placements and breaks, container access like chests and shulkers, and other world changes tied to grief and theft. The exact coverage depends on server settings.

If I get griefed, should I start repairing right away?

Hold off if you can. Note the coordinates, avoid moving items around, and message staff with an estimated time window. The less the scene gets disturbed, the faster staff can confirm the damage and roll back cleanly.

Can CoreProtect roll back creeper explosions and accidents?

Yes. Staff can roll back a radius or selection to before the explosion or mistake, which is why it is a staple on community survival servers.

Will I have access to CoreProtect commands as a regular player?

Usually not. On most servers, lookups and rollbacks are staff tools. Some communities allow limited use for trusted players, but expect to contact staff when you need help.
