Calito Nations is a survival server built around real, mechanically enforced politics, economy, and warfare. We wrote custom plugins from scratch so running a town feels like running a country, with systems that have consequences instead of relying on honor rules.
Leadership is chosen through real elections using ranked-choice voting, with vote weight based on residency time and contribution. Towns can choose different government types such as Autocracy, Oligarchy, Constitutional Monarchy, Republic, or Direct Democracy, and each one changes how your town operates through upkeep, claim costs, and decision speed.
Our economy is grounded in resources you gather. Currency is tied to gold ingots you actually mine, with daily extraction limits and the Nether acting as a high-risk economic engine. Alongside that is a substance economy built around three custom herbs with dynamic market pricing, plus buffs balanced by tolerance, addiction, and overdose risk.
Conflict is structured and scheduled. Nations declare war, fund warchests, and fight sieges during weekend battle sessions with clear outcomes like occupation and plunder. If leadership fails, residents can push impeachment, tension can trigger rebellion events, and towns can form secession coalitions with binding referendums.
We’re currently in early access and opening the world to new nations.
