Blothera Survival Overhaul with Nations and Bloodmoons

Blothera Nations | Bloodmoons | Trains | Real Survival
Blothera is a survival overhaul focused on strategy, infrastructure, and the world players build together. We run on 25+ custom-built in-house plugins and keep progression grounded: no pay-to-win, no kits, no teleport spam, and no coordinates. You play on a vanilla client with no mods required.

Death matters here. Our Hardcore-Lite system permanently removes one max heart each time you die, and you’ll need to earn them back through golden apples, potions, or resting by a campfire.

Exploration is meant to be navigated, not solved. With coordinates disabled, you’ll rely on compasses, cartography, and memory. Expeditions take supplies, outposts, and planning.

Survival is stricter than vanilla. Crops require sunlight, animals must breed under open sky, and overcrowding can cause disease.

Every few weeks, Bloodmoon nights turn the sky red and trigger a server-wide survival event. Powerful Blood Monsters spawn even in lit areas, and they hunt by sound, so preparation and teamwork become essential.

Nations are player-driven and unlocked by slaying the Ender Dragon. Nations are managed through books and lecterns, with actions recorded into a historical book. Build towns, forge alliances, or wage war with sieges that include cannons and bombing airships.

Your choices shape how others treat you. Kill other players and your alignment drops; fall far enough and you’re branded a bandit, locked out of nations and hunted.

For long-distance travel and logistics, you can build functional, physics-based trains by linking minecarts to move people and cargo while chunk-loading on the move.

You begin stranded near a ruined settlement on a vast continent. From there, your story is up to you: build a nation, map the wilderness, create a railway company, or live as a feared bandit.
